Mark Twain once said, correctly, "IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO BE DEPRESSED IF YOU OWN A DOG."  As a psychiatrist, I would modify that to add, "AND ESPECIALLY IF YOUR DOG IS A YORKIE, AND ESPECIALLY IF IT WAS BRED BY VICKY WELCH!!!"

I appreciate the TLC you use in breeding your dogs, including the extra petting to make them even more loving, and the spiritual music in the background as they are in the womb and as infants, and all the other special things I have noticed whenever I visit your breeding site.  You are the only breeder that I officially endorse on my own website, www.paulmeiermd.com .  We use you exclusively for the purchase of our own Yorkies for ourselves or for referring our friends and relatives.  Thank you, Vicky, for who you are and the tender loving care you put into your calling.
